Buffalo wings seem to be one of those very uniquely American dishes. It is very rare – and by “rare” I mean basically almost impossible – to find them in Europe for example. Most common here would be BBQ sauce for wings, which is just not as good.

You can obviously import Buffalo sauce, to solve this issue. You can for instance order it through websites like My American Market, but you can just as easy resort to making your own at home. Which is obviously anyways always a great option.

The beauty of this sauce (beyond it’s unique flavor) is the extremely short preparation time. That means, from now on you will be fully independent from store bought Buffalo sauce. A wonderful taste of freedom.

Spread your wings (no pun intended) and go wherever your mood takes you without having to ever live without Buffalo chicken wings again.
