Super bowl is upon us and so are the tasty snacks and appetizers that come along with it. Delicious food makes sure that no matter who is winning, every one at least wins a mouth watering meal. Therefore, let’s roll in the Buffalo chicken roll ups…
The best thing about this appetizer. You can whip it up in no time and it doesn’t involve any cooking, just chilling: for the Buffalo chicken roll ups in the fridge and for you on your porch or the couch during that time. Maybe spending it reading up all you need to know ahead of the game.
The tangy, spicy Buffalo sauce is the obvious star of this show. Given the amount of recipes on this blog involving Buffalo sauce, it’s fair to say that i developed a bit of an obsession with it.

- 4 tortilla wraps
- 8 ounces of cream cheese (room-temperature)
- 1/4 cup of Buffalo sauce
- 2 cups of shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1/4 cup of crumbled blue cheese (1.5 ounces/42 grams)
- 1/4 cup of spring onions
How to prepare Buffalo chicken roll ups
Take a large-ish bowl and combine the cream cheese and the Buffalo sauce with a mixer until it’s smoothly blended. Then use a spatula to fold in the chicken, crumbled blue cheese and spring onions.
Lay out the tortilla wraps and spread a quarter of the Buffalo chicken mix on the tortilla.
Roll up the tortilla into a tight roll and wrap it in plastic wrap or a kitchen towel.
Let the Buffalo chicken roll ups chill in the fridge for about half an hour.
Afterwards, place the roll on a cutting bord, unwrap it and then use a sharp kitchen knife to cut the large roll into 1/2 wide roll ups. The sharper the knife, the easier this task will be.
Arrange the Buffalo chicken roll ups on a plate, dig in and enjoy the game!
