Ingredients
- 1 small head of cauliflower
- 1/2 cup of bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon of ground pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 2 tablespoons of coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons of peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of maple syrup
How to prepare crunchy cauliflower bites
Step 1: Cut the cauliflower into small florets and preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Step 2: Add the coconut oil to a pan at medium heat. Once its melted, add the peanut butter, soy sauce and maple syrup. Stir until you receive a smooth sauce.
Step 3: Pour the sauce over the cauliflower and coat the florets with it.
Step 4: Mix the bread crumbs with the garlic powder, paprika, pepper and salt in a seperate bowl.
Step 5: Drizzle the cumbs mix over the cauliflower florets, until all veggies have a nice coating
Step 6: Place the cauliflower in a casserole and bake it in the oven for 25 minutes.
