Ingredients
- 1 lbs broccoli sprouts (475 grams)
- 3 tablespoons of sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon of soy sauce
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds
- A pinch of pepper
How to prepare sesame broccoli sprouts
Step 1: Mix the sesame oil, soy sauce, diced up garlic cloves and pepper in a small bowl.
Step 2: Bring a pan to medium heat, add the sesame oil mix and the broccoli sprouts.
Step 3: Fry the broccoli in the pan für 5 minutes while tossing it frequently.
Step 4: Drizzle the sesame seeds in the veggies and fry them for another minute before serving.
